GW to play No. 2 UMass on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
ORLANDO – GW women's tennis earned a 4-0 victory against No. 10 Rhode Island on Wednesday to advance to the quarterfinals of the Atlantic 10 Championship in Orlando, Fla.
GW earned the doubles point and won its top three singles in straight sets to earn its second 4-0 victory over the Rams this season.
The Buff & Blue will meet No. 2 UMass on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the USTA National Campus.
