WASHINGTON - George Washington gymnastics will host two, single-day High Performance Camps for gymnasts grades 6-12 at Chantilly Academy Gymnastics. The first camp is set for Sunday, October 17, while the second camp will take place on Sunday, November 14.

GW gymnastics coaching staff will lead the one-day camps. Gymnasts will experience a high-paced practice filled with drills, complexes and detailed coaching to improve skill performance.

Camp is suggested to athletes that have competed at levels 7-10. A minimum of a level 7 skill set is recommended to successfully practice scheduled event rotations.
