Lowe Repeats as A-10 Golfer of the Week

The senior was Co-Medalist at the Bash at the Beach
NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- Senior Logan Lowe has repeated as Atlantic 10 Golfer of the Week after he picked up his fourth career win two weeks ago at the Bash at the Beach.

Lowe, who earned the first honor of the spring season on Feb. 22, has now claimed the award six times in his career.

Back at the venue where he claimed his first collegiate win two years ago, Lowe repeated as he shot a 5-under par 208 to finish as co-champion at the Bash at the Beach in Myrtle Beach, S.C., on March 11-12. The California native worked his way around the Par-71 Surf Golf and Beach Club for a 2-under 69 in the first round, before coming back in the afternoon with a 5-under 66 to vault himself to a one-shot lead.

In the third and final round, he didn't have his best stuff and found himself two shots back with four to play. Like the experienced winner he is, the 2018 Atlantic 10 Golfer of the Year climbed back, making birdie on 16 and 17 to finish as Co-Medalist.

Lowe and GW golf are back in action March 28-30 at the Stanford Wally Goodwin Invitational.
