Swimming & Diving to Send Contingent to ECAC Championships

Five Colonials to compete at three-day meet
A handful of GW swimmers are set to compete at this weekend's ECAC Open Championships hosted by Navy. The meet, which follows the same format as last weekend's Atlantic 10 Championships, runs Friday through Sunday at LeJeune Hall in Annapolis, Md.
Among the group is Emils Pone, who will look to improve on his A-10 record time in the 400-yard individual medley (3:47.52) with an eye on qualifying for the NCAA Championship meet.
The following GW swimmers are set to compete at the ECAC Open Championships:
Emils Pone (400 IM)
Marissa Brannan (200 Free, 500 Free, 1,650 Free)
Morgan Birdy (50 Free, 100 Fly, 200 Fly)
Ian Molloy (500 Free, 1,650 Free)
Elisabeth Vogel (200 IM, 100 Breast, 200 Breast)
