BROWNING'S BULLETS: "VCU is a tough team and they are one of the best teams in the conference. We put ourselves in positions to win but we fell short with execution. With a team like this, you have to execute and take advantage of opportunities. Marie and Melis played very well today. Melis went up against one of the best players in the conference and was up twice in both sets and had trouble converting. Marie played solid tennis today and I am very confident she would have won the 3rd set. Kamilla, Julia, and Diana did a great job of coming back in their 2nd sets and almost winning them. We still have a lot of work to do and still need to get accustomed to playing outside. However, but positive signs form today's match."
LOOK AHEAD: GW will be back in action on Friday to host cross-town rival Georgetown at 3 p.m. at the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center.
