Swimming & Diving Competes at Navy Diving Invite

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- George Washington swimming & diving wrapped up its two-day stay at the Navy Diving Invitational on Friday. (Full Results)
Coming off a record-breaking performance in a win over Howard that earned him Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week honors, Peter Nachtwey led the GW men on both boards at Navy's Jejeune Hall. Facing a quality field, the sophomore from Ohio placed 10th on the 3-meter board (292.45) and 14th in the 1-meter competition (260.70).
Gabriella Arendes, a sophomore from New York, paced the women by finishing 18th on the 1-meter board (226.25) and 19th on 3-meter (212.40). Classmate Rachel Dickinson was just behind in both events, placing 20th (3M) and 21st (1M).
