The political science major found the back of the net for the first time against Rhode Island and added two assists against Richmond to finish the season with four points.
Pareja joins Zaluski on the All-Conference Rookie team after seeing action in all 19 contests in her first-year campaign. The Fairfax, Virginia, native made 12 starts and found the back of the net for the first time in her career against Rhode Island. Pareja also recorded 34 shots on the season and rattled off a season-high six shots against George Mason.
Tapen lands on the All-Conference Academic Team after posting a stellar season as GW's keeper, starting all 19 contests and making a career-high 101 saves. The Springfield, Virginia, native finished the season with a 0.783 save percentage, a mark that ranks second in the Atlantic 10 and turned in a career-high five clean sheets, two of which came against conference opponents. Tapen, who earned her Accounting degree in just three years and is working towards a master's degree, excelled in the classroom and posted a 3.95 GPA.
