Women’s Soccer Concludes 2025 Season

WASHINGTON – The George Washington women's soccer team concluded the 2025 season on Sunday afternoon, falling to Fordham, 4-0. The Revolutionaries finish the year with a 5-9-4 record overall and a 2-7-1 mark in conference action.
Fordham tallied goals in the 21st, 37th, 46th and 49th minutes of the match. Salma Simonin tallied two of the Rams' scores, while Riley Carroll and Julia Acosta each tallied one apiece.
GW's Jasmine Black earned the start in net, recording 11 saves in 79 minutes of action. Grace Crowe saw her first action of the season, playing 11 minutes for the Revolutionaries in the final game of her senior season.
Kate McGrath and Elizabeth Cruz led GW's offense with three shots apiece, with McGrath putting two on target and Cruz putting one on frame. Alana Beasley, Kalia Kau, Amelia Booth and Anna Cornejo each tallied one shot apiece as well.
