Winstanley scored 9.90 on the vault to win the second outright individual event title of her career at Sunday's East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Championship in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She had previously won the uneven bars title as a freshman in 2015.
Winstanley placed third in the all-around with a score of 39.35, the 20th time in her career she has achieved a 39.00 or better, to lead the Colonials to a third-place finish. In addition to her vault title, she scored 9.775 on uneven bars (14th), 9.875 on balance beam (t-3rd) and 9.80 on floor exercise.
With consecutive event titles across two seasons she is the first gymnast in program history to claim multiple outright individual EAGL event championships.
