Women's Basketball Confirmed for 2017 Paradise Jam

WASHINGTON - The George Washington women's basketball team has been announced as one of eight teams to compete in the 2017 U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam at the UVI Sports and Fitness Center at St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The tournament will be held November 23-25, 2017.
One of the premiere non-conference tournaments in women's basketball, the event has hosted some of the nation's top programs and the 2017 edition will add to that legacy. GW joins a field of eight teams that include Butler, Drexel, Syracuse, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
The women's tournament features two divisions - Reef and Island. Each tournament is a four-team, three-game round-robin event. Division assignments and schedules will be announced at a later date.
