- GW's victory over Davidson on Wednesday was its 13th in a row, the sixth-longest in program history and tied with Western Kentucky and Abilene Christian for the sixth-longest active streak in Division I.
- The Colonials are the only team in the A-10 with a perfect 8-0 conference mark. GW has won 16 straight games against A-10 opponents since Feb. 15, 2015, also the sixth-longest active streak in the nation. The reigning A-10 champs are 34-6 (.850) in league play since 2014.
- At 18-3, GW has equaled the second-best record through 21 games in program history. The 2006-07 and 2014-15 squads were each 19-2, while the 1999-2000 Colonials were also 18-3 after 21 contests.
- Wednesday's win at Davidson was GW's seventh straight on the road, which is also tied for the sixth-longest active streak in Division I.
- Junior Shannon Cranshaw matched her career high with five 3-pointers in seven attempts en route to 15 points on the night. It is the second time this season that Cranshaw has drained five treys for 15 points - both career highs - after first doing so in the season opener against Grambling State.
- Rookie Mei-Lynn Bautista scored a career-high 11 points with three treys in five tries. She and Cranshaw combined for eight of GW's nine 3-pointers in the game, one shy of the team's season high of 10 against Grambling State.
- Juniors Caira Washington and Hannah Schaible and sophomore Brianna Cummings tallied 12 points apiece, giving the Colonials five players in double figures for the third time this season (Iowa, La Salle).
- Schaible and Cummings pulled down eight rebounds apiece to pace the Colonials, who held a 34-28 edge on the glass. GW has won the battle of the boards in all 21 games this season and in 52-of-54 since the start of the 2014-15 campaign.
- GW matched a season high with 11 steals on Wednesday, led by a career-best five from graduate student Lauren Chase. The Colonials scored 22 points off 23 Davidson turnovers, including 15 points off 10 turnovers in the second quarter, when GW outscored the Wildcats, 26-9, and used a 21-0 run over the final 6:28 to take control of the game.
- The Colonials' bench - led by Bautista and Cummings - outscored Davidson's reserves, 29-12.
- GW shot a season-high 53.7 percent (29-for-54) from the floor, including 63 percent (17-for-27) in the second and third quarters when the Colonials outscored the Wildcats, 47-26.
