GW Women's Tennis Rained Out at Tiger Classic

TOWSON, Md. - The second day of Towson's three-day Tiger Classic women's tennis tournament has been canceled due to rain in the Towson, Maryland area.
Following consecutive wins over Delaware (3-1) and Mount St. Mary's (3-0) on Friday, GW was scheduled to face Loyola (Md.) and the host Tigers on Saturday afternoon, but the matches were called before the Colonials could hit the courts.
The Buff and Blue will wrap the Tiger Classic on Sunday with an 11 a.m. match against UMBC and a doubles-only contest against host Towson at 1 p.m.
