Colonial Gymnastics Trio Wraps 2010 Season In West Virginia

WASHINGTON, DC - The 2010 Women's Gymnastics team officially came to a close Saturday evening as three gymnasts competed in the Morgantown, WV regional that was won by Stanford University. Senior Megan Quinn finished 14th and was the top all-around finisher for the Colonials.
In the vault competition the Colonials were led by junior Leslie Delima, who recorded a 9.700 in the event. Quinn recorded a 9.350 in the event and Carto scored a 9.250 for her routine. In the uneven bars routine the Colonials were led by Quinn who scored a 9.600 to finish in 31st place. Carto scored a 9.400 while Delima finished with a 9.375.
The Colonials moved to balance beam and were led by Delima who finished 23rd and finished with a team score of 9.650. Carto was right behind with a team score of 9.600 and Quinn scored a 9.575 to finish 30th overall.
Quinn and Carto finished with 9.700 on floor exercise and Delima scored a 9.150 in the event. This gave the Colonials all-around score of 38.250 for Quinn, 37.950 for Carto and 37.875 for Delima.
