GW Gymnastics Announces End of the Year Awards

WASHINGTON, DC - The George Washington Women's Gymnastics team announced their end of the year awards for the 2009 season on Friday and also announced that current juniors Megan Quinn and Lindsay Tom will be captains for the 2010 season.
Senior Kristen Simpson was named the recipient of the Lindsay Ferris award and was also named the top performer in 2009 on floor exercise and vault. Junior Christa Devine was named the top performer on bars and senior Bree Plotsker was named the top performer for balance beam. Sophomore Leslie Delima also took home the top all-around honor.
