Saturday's Game: GW (9-16, 3-10) faces Richmond (15-13, 7-6) in the second meeting this season. Richmond defeated the Colonials, 60-48, on Jan. 10 in the A-10 opener at Smith Center behind Justin Harper's 19 points, one of four Spiders in double figures.
• The Colonials are playing for their postseason lives attempting to catch Charlotte, St. Bonaventure or UMass in the A-10 standings in order to qualify for the 12-team A-10 Tournament in Atlantic City. GW, 1-1 vs. Charlotte and 1-0 vs. SBU, plays at UMass Wed.
• Tonight's contest pits the current A-10 Co-Players of the Week in GW's Rob Diggs and UR's Kevin Anderson.
• GW is 2-9 on the road this season while Richmond is 8-5 at home this year and 327-169 (.659) in 37 seasons at the Robins Center.

• GW is coming off a 92-88 overtime victory over Charlotte Wednesday at Smith Center. Rob Diggs (22 pts.,12 rebs.) and Damian Hollis (25/13) each posted double-doubles to lead the Colonials. GW shot 48.3 percent from the field, 41 percent from three-point range and 83.3 percent from the line. GW has won three of its last six games but has dropped 14 of the last 17.
• Richmond is coming off its third straight win, a 78-68 triumph over Fordham Wednesday in the Bronx. Kevin Anderson scored 18 points and David Gonzalvez added 17 to lead the Spiders. For the game, Richmond shot 47.1 percent from the field 8-18 (44.4%) from three.
A Closer Look at Richmond: The Spiders enter play Saturday with a 15-13 mark under fourth-year coach Chris Mooney. Richmond has two players averaging double figures led by junior G David Gonzalves (16.0 ppg, 54 threes) and soph. G Kevin Anderson (15.6 ppg). Anderson hails from the same hometown (Duluth, GA) as GW's Wynton Witherspoon. For the season, the Spiders are shooting 46.8 percent from the field, 34 percent from three-point range and 67 percent from the line. The Spiders enjoy a +2.5 turnover margin but are getting outrebounded by nearly four caroms a game. Richmond averages 70.4 points a game and defeated GW, 60-48, back on Jan. 10 at Smith Center.
