Colonials Place 42nd At Princeton Chase

PRINCETON, NJ - The George Washington Women's Rowing team returned to action at the Princeton Chase on Sunday and finished 42nd in the Varsity Eight race in Princeton, NJ. The Colonials finished with a time of 17:03 in a race that featured 55 boats from schools from all across the country.
The George Washington B boat finished 53rd in the race with a time of 18:01. "We are still learning a lot and taking steps forward every day," said Head Coach Eric Carcich. "We are happy for some of our small successes during the race and will continue to work hard every day."
The Colonials will return to action next weekend when they travel to the Head of the Occoquan on Saturday, October 31st.
