2006-07 Novice Roster Announced

Washington, DC - The George Washington University Women's Rowing team is pleased to announce the 2006-2007 Novice Rowing Team.
After a ten day tryout period, Novice Coach Sarah Dondero announced the 31 student-athletes that have been named to the novice team. The team is primarily comprised of freshman, but also includes three sophomores and one junior.
The fourth year coach, Dondero is liking what she has seen so far from her team. "They bring a wide variety of athletic experience to team and are already practicing hard to develop good technique and speed," said Dondero.
The first novice race will be a scrimmage versus the Georgetown novice team on the Potomac River on November 4.
