1 - To this point in your GW career, what is your favorite on-field highlight?
AH: That would have to be when (teammate) Nicole Cavino scored in the last minute of the game to tie Fordham. Oh! And when a bug flew into (former teammate) Sarah Minnich's shorts. I have never seen anyone take off her clothes that fast.
2 - Which GW athletes, women's soccer or other, impress you or that you admire and why?
AH: I admire all the girls on my team, off the field and on. They make me laugh everyday. I also admire Emily Miletello, Lindsay Blum, and Colleen McCauley of the cross-country team because they do everyday what our team has to do when we talk back to our coaches. And they run around half naked in public.
3 - Which professional athletes impress you or that you admire and why?
AH: (Tennis player) Roger Federer is my idol. He is incredibly talented, confident and always shows great sportsmanship. And he's not all that bad looking.
4 - What do you enjoy most about playing for head coach Tanya Vogel?
AH: BAGEL DAYS!!!!!!!!!! I enjoy playing for Tanya because she cares so much. She's very passionate about winning.
5 - Which aspects of the city of D.C. do you enjoy the most?
AH: When the LA Galaxy comes to town. I also enjoy when school is cancelled for snow days. Of course that's among many other things like museums and walks through the cherry blossoms.
6 - Which aspects of the city of D.C. do you dislike the most?
AH: That there are no beaches or no mountains.
7 - What kind of things do you do during down time on long road trips?
AH: I take singing lessons from (teammate) Erynn Clapp. She tells me I'm almost good enough to sing the National Anthem before the next game.
8 - What made you want to transfer from UC Boulder to GW?
AH: Although snowboarding is one of my favorite activities, I'm a city girl. And beside...too many hippies.
9 - What are your plans for after graduation?
AH: Moving to New York City - unless I run for Congress.
10 - In what ways, if any, have you grown or changed since you arrived to GW?
AH: I've had great internships, made great friends, and learned a thing or two in the classroom.
