GW To Hold Women's Basketball NCAA Tournament Rally

WASHINGTON, DC (March 13) - George Washington
University announced
March 13 that they will hold a rally for their women's
basketball team on
Thursday, March 15, from 10:45-11:15 am prior to the
team departing for the
NCAA Tournament.
The Colonials (22-9) received an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament on Sunday, and were placed in the West Region as the seventh seed. GW will face the tenth seed Stanford (18-10) on Saturday, March 17, at 10:00 pm EST at the University Oklahoma in Norman, OK. The game will air nationally on ESPN2.
