Men's Soccer To Compete In 2000 Atlatic 10 Tournament

Washington, DC (October 31) - George Washington will travel to
the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI to face tournament top
seed University of Dayton on Friday, November 3, at 5:30 pm.
George Washington qualified for the tournament after beating Xavier University 4-1 on Friday, October 27. The Colonials clinched the fourth berth following Duquesne's loss to Temple in overtime 2-1 that same day.
The Colonials and Flyers played to a 2-2 tie on Sunday, October 29, setting the stage for this first round battle. If GW is victorious on Friday they will face the winner of the other semifinal match between second seed UMass and defending champion and third seed, Rhode Island in the final on Sunday, November 5.
