Eight Revolutionaries Suiting Up in Prestigious Kenner League

WASHINGTON - Play began this past weekend in the annual Nike Pro City Jabbo Kenner Summer League with eight current and former GW men's basketball student-athletes competing against some of the area's top stars.

The highlight of the weekend came from Keegan Harvey, who earned Player of the Game honors in P.A.P.A.'s overtime victory on Sunday at McDonough Arena on the campus of Georgetown University. Harvey scored the game-winning dunk in the final seconds, capping off a 20-point, five-rebound, three-block effort.

Keegan Harvey made the game-winning dunk for P.A.P.A in an 82-81 overtime victory against the Tombs. He recorded 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Newcomer and D.C. native Darren Buchanan shined as well on Saturday for DC Raiders, posting 18 points with six rebounds, two assists and two steals in his Kenner debut.
