Atlantic 10 Announces 2026-27 Men's Basketball Pairings

WASHINGTON - The Atlantic 10 on Wednesday morning announced the pairings for the 2026-27 men's basketball season.
George Washington's home slate is loaded with top-flight competition, featuring six of the top seven finishers from last year's conference standings and five postseason teams. NCAA Tournament participants Saint Louis and VCU, both of whom advanced to the Round of 32, will visit Smith Center, in addition to Dayton, George Mason and Saint Joseph's, all NIT teams from last year.Â
The Flyers and Patriots represent two of GW's five home-and-home matchups this coming year, also playing twice against La Salle, Loyola Chicago and Richmond. Duquesne rounds out the nine game A-10 home slate for the Buff & Blue.
The road will take the Revolutionaries to Davidson, Fordham, Rhode Island and St. Bonaventure in addition to the five aforementioned home-and-home foes.
The 2026-27 squad will feature 11 newcomers joining returners Jean Aranguren and Jalen Rougier-Roane. GW is seeking its third-straight postseason appearance after appearing in the College Basketball Crown in 2024-25 and winning an NIT game last season.
2026-27 Season Tickets for GW men's basketball are on sale now, starting as low as $125. The Revolutionaries are coming off back-to-back postseason appearances and the program's first postseason win in nine years at Utah Valley in the opening round of the NIT.Â
