GW wraps weekend in Fairfax
FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Washington track and field team completed its weekend at the IC4A/ECAC Championships on Saturday, hosted by George Mason in Fairfax, Va.
On the women's side, Sarah Mitchell placed fifth in the 1500m with a time of 4:31.53. For the men's 1500m, Ryan Fowkes led the GW pack with a second-place finish and a time of 3:44.00. Michael Bohlke finished seventh overall in 3:47.79 and Pat Castellano finished 32nd with a time of 3:57.47.
In the men's 5000m, Kevin Conlon ran a 14:42.90. In the field events, Miles Grant posted a 6.65m in the long jump to place 16th overall.
