A LOOK AT THE BONNIES
St. Bonaventure has had a streaky run of play against A-10 foes, winning its first two games, losing two-straight, winning three in a row before dropping three-straight heading into Sunday. The Bonnies return virtually no production from last year's NIT semifinalist team but have stocked the program with a variety of transfers and freshmen.
Saint Peter's transfer Daryl Banks is the top scorer for St. Bonaventure, averaging 15.1 ppg while playing 38.4 minutes per game, the most in the country. Morgan State transfer Chad Venning holds down the fort in the paint with 12.1 ppg and 5.4 rpg while Holy Cross transfer Kyrell Luc puts up 11.7 ppg and 4.4 apg.
Similar to GW, the Bonnies rely heavily on their starting five for production, ranking 340th in the country in bench minutes and 329th in bench points. The Colonials rank 350th in bench minutes and 345th in bench points nationally.
