Sophomore holds 3.97 GPA
NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - GW cross country sophomore Pat Castellano earned All-Academic honors from the Atlantic 10, the league announced on Tuesday.
The Tappan, N.Y., native holds a 3.97 cumulative GPA in pre-business administration after completing his second year at GW. Castellano was one of just eight conference harriers to be selected. On the course, Castellano placed 27th at the A-10 Championship with a new personal record of 25:19.2.
