Over the weekend, Wiesemann wrapped up a dominant debut season with the Buff and Blue, when she paced the squad with a team-best nine wins in singles play.
The Jena, Germany native helped GW play some of its best tennis to close out the season, tying its longest regular season win streak since 2012-13 with six-straight victories. The team went on to defeat La Salle and Fordham in the first and second round of the Atlantic 10 Tournament before falling to No. 1 VCU in the semifinals.
Wiesemann and Sarah Bodewes, tallied five victories in doubles play, a mark good enough for second on the team.
