Dannheim, Coogan and Moro earn all-conference honors; Men finish 12th
LEESBURG, Va. - Led by three All-Conference performers, the GW women's cross country team finished in second place at Saturday's Atlantic 10 Championship, the best finish in program history (men or women). The GW men, made up entirely of first-year competitors, finished 12th.

• The second place team finish surpassed the women's previous best mark of fifth and the men's third place result at the 2017 A-10 Championship.
• Senior Suzanne Dannheim finished second overall, and was joined in the top 15 and on the All-Conference team by Margaret Coogan (5th) and Mariah Moro (15th), both of whom PR'd.

• The women, who were picked ninth in the preseason poll, surpassed all expectations to accomplish the tremendous feat with Kathryn Nohilly (21st) and Olivia Horgan (50th) also scoring for GW.
• The three all-conference honorees is also a new program record.
• The men placed 12th overall with seven competitors all making their conference meet debut.

• First-year James Glockenmeier topped the team with a 25th place finish, and third-best among freshmen competitors.
• Glockenmeier improved his time on the Oatlands course by over 40 seconds compared to the Mason Invitational on the course earlier this season.
