Cone landed her third straight Atlantic 10 Softball Player of the Week award after hitting home runs in all three games of a series win over St. Bonaventure last weekend.
Cone hit .857 (6-for-7) with three homers, nine RBIs and four runs scored. The sophomore from California also walked twice and was hit by three pitches for an on-base percentage of .917. She had a solo home run in the opener against the Bonnies, a two-run shot in the second game and a three-run blast in Sunday's finale.
For the season, Cone ranks among the national leaders in batting average (.468, 16th), RBIs (42, 6th), home runs (8, 43rd), on-base percentage (.539, 24th) and slugging percentage (.886, 17th).
