
Women's Tennis Edged by Navy

WASHINGTON â€" After starting the 2018 season on a two-match win streak, the George Washington women's tennis team was edged, 4-3, by Navy on Friday afternoon at the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center (STLC).
The Colonials (2-1) battled tough but were ultimately unable to come from behind after dropping the doubles point.
Freshman Julia Herlogsson remained perfect in singles action at No. 5 with a 6-1, 4-6, 7-6 (4) win over Navy's Josie Rogers. The freshman now leads the team with a 3-0 singles mark on the season.
