LEHIGH, Pa. - The George Washington women's cross country tied for 16th place out of 28 teams at Friday's NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional at Lehigh University.

Notes

GW tied for 16th place in the team standings with 425 points.
Junior Suzanne Dannheim set a new personal record at the 6K distance by finishing in 22:03.3, a 14-second improvement on her previous best.
Junior Halley Brown narrowly missed a new PR. She finished in 21:35.6, just sixth-tenths of a second off of her PR of 21:35.0 on the same course at the Paul Short Invitational (Sept. 29).
Three of GW's harriers that had previously competed at a Mid-Atlantic Regional - Yerke, Brown and Dannheim -improved in both time and place in Friday's race.
