Saturday's Game: GW (6-13, 0-7) aims to snap an 11-game losing skid Saturday against Fordham (3-16, 1-6) in the first and only meeting this season and the 22nd meeting in the series. GW has won eight of the last nine meetings and 14 of the last 16.
• Fordham prevailed, 66-53, in the most recent meeting on Jan. 16, 2008 at Rose Hill Gym in the Bronx.

• Fordham has been idle for six days following a 88-58 loss to Saint Louis Jan. 31 at Rose Hill. The Rams shot 36 percent in their loss to the Billikens to fall to 1-6 in the league. Jacob Green hit all five of his FGs to lead the Rams with 16 points.
A Closer Look at Fordham: Coached by Washington, DC native and DeMatha High grad Dereck Whittenburg, Fordham enters play Saturday with a 3-16 overall record, 1-6 in the A-10. Three Rams are averaging double figure points, led by freshman G Jio Fontan's 14.6 ppg and 93 assists. Mike Moore (10.9 ppg) and Chris Bethel (10.3 ppg) are the Rams' other double-figure scorers. Jacob Green has a team-best 24 blocks. For the season, Fordham is shooting 38.6 percent from the field, averages 62.9 points a game but is being outrebounded by opponents by 11 caroms a game.
