
Women's Tennis Falls to Richmond at Home

WASHINGTON, DC - The George Washington University women's tennis team fell to Richmond 7-0 at the Montclair Country Club in Woodbridge, VA, Saturday afternoon.
In singles play, in the No. 5 match Meg Tyner won the first set 6-4, lost the second set 6-2 but fell in the third set tiebreaker 1-0 (5).
Richmond was able to sweep the Colonials in the doubles and singles match play.
The Colonials match against Fordham that was originally scheduled for Sunday, Mar. 1 has been rescheduled for April 1 at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Vernon tennis courts.
