2017-18: Coxed the Championship Four at the 53rd Head of the Charles Regatta placing 5th (15:39.378) overall...Coxed the varsity eight that edged out Navy, Columbia, And Hobart in the annual Stevenson Cup race, GW's first win in program history...Coxed the varsity eight that placed 12th at the Eastern Sprints Regatta and 18th nationally at the IRA Regatta...IRA All-Academic Team.
2016-17 Season: Coxed the second varsity eight for the whole season that swept the 2017 George Washington Invitational and defeated Columbia and Navy... won the second-level final at the Eastern Sprints Regatta (5:42.980) to finish 7th overall...at the IRA Regatta, Hagler coxed the boat to a sixth-place finish in the second-level final (6:03.446) for a national ranking of 12th... IRA All-Academic Team.
2015-16 Season: Coxed the freshman eight that went undefeated in spring competition... Coxed the third varsity eight that placed third in the second-level final at the Eastern Sprints Regatta (6:02.184) to finish 9th overall... finished fifth in the second-level final at the IRA Regatta (6:11.720) for a final national ranking of 11th... IRA All-Academic Team.
High School/Club: Coxed for St. Ignatius College Preparatory under Tom O'Connell and Dan McDonnell...coxed varsity eight to fifth place finish at Southwest Regionals and ninth place at SRAA Nationals in 2015... varsity water polo player... recipient of Father Tony Sauer Award for General Excellence.
