Lacrosse Travels to Rhode Island, Hosts George Mason in Key Conference Matchups

WASHINGTON- GW lacrosse will look for two A-10 victories this week, traveling to Rhode Island on Wednesday for an 11 a.m. game against the Rams, before heading home to the Vern to host George Mason in a DMV clash on Saturday at noon. All the week's action will air live on ESPN+.Â

Hosting A-10 powerhouse Massachusetts at the Vern, GW fell to the Minutewomen, 15-6. Despite efforts to stop UMass' early advantage, the GW Revs fell short of a comeback. GW students and community members are invited to GW's Feel The Vern Tailgate this Saturday. The tailgate, which coincides with GW softball's doubleheader vs. Dayton and GW lacrosse's game vs. George Mason, begins at 11:30 a.m. on the Vern and features free food, prizes, giveaways and more.
