Men’s Soccer Hosts UMBC Tuesday; Finishes Home Slate with Senior Day vs. Dayton Saturday

WASHINGTON – GW men's soccer returns home for its final two home games of the 2025 season when it hosts UMBC on Tuesday and Dayton on Saturday at the GW Soccer Field. Saturday's match serves as Senior Day, when GW will recognize Alex Nicholson, Pat Altamirano, Babacar Fall and Rashid Seidu-Aroza in a pre-match ceremony. Both matches kick off at 3:00 p.m., and will air on ESPN+.

UMBC arrives at the GW Soccer Field at 4-6-2, including an 0-3-1 mark in American East Conference play. The Terriers won its first four games of the season but are winless since beating Howard on Sept. 1, which includes losses to No. 5 Bryant, No. 7 Vermont and George Mason. UMBC is 13-4-4 all-time against GW and is unbeaten against the Buff & Blue since 1997.

Dayton leads the all-time series vs. GW, 11-6-5.
