GW men's soccer returns home on Saturday for the 2026 season finale against St. Bonaventure. Kickoff at the GW Soccer Field is set for 2 p.m., and the match will be broadcast on ESPN+.
The Revolutionaries season finale comes as the final match for many of GW's seniors and graduated students, who celebrated their senior day earlier in October against Rhode Island. GW has built a young core of student-athletes, which includes six first-year and five second-year student-athletes who will look to build into future seasons under first-year Head Coach Matt Watts.
Saturday's matchup will be pivotal for St. Bonaventure, who enters one point out of post-season contention. The Bonnies bring a 5-7-3 overall record with a 2-4-1 mark in A10 matches. St. Bonaventure's offense is led by Brendan Sheehan (5 goals, 1 assist) and Kyle Macfarlane (5 goals, 1 assist). GW leads the all-time series against St. Bonaventure, 17-11-4; however, the Bonnies won the last meeting between the sides in 2025, 2-1.
