AMHERST, Mass. - The George Washington men's soccer team (2-6-3, 0-3-0 A-10) fell in its third league match of the season, 3-0, to UMass on Saturday afternoon in Amherst, Mass.
HOW IT HAPPENED
57th Minute: A loose ball found the feet of Michael Rojas who scored his first goal of the season. The goal was unassisted.
59th Minute: Bryant Keeney forced a turnover in GW's defensive third and found Alec Hughes open across the net for a tap-in goal. Keeney was credited with an assist on the pass.
80th Minute: A long UMass throw-in bounced around the box before finding the head of Andrew Ortiz who finished for his first goal of the season. Pierre de la Croix-Vaubois and Mike Willis were credited with assists on the play.

The Revolutionaries were outshot 18-4, including 8-0 in shots on goal.

Tom Macauley made five saves on 18 shots faced.

UMass' Alec Hughes added to his A-10 lead in goals with his ninth conversion of the season.
