Michelle Rubin Elected To Serve on Board of Trustees

Michelle Rubin, B.A. '91, president at Regional Properties, Inc., a Beverly Hills-based real estate development company, was recently elected to serve on the George Washington University's Board of Trustees. She previously spent 14 years as a corporate meeting and event planner.
Rubin is active in numerous philanthropic endeavors, including serving as chair of the GW National Athletic Advisory Council. She is past co-chair of the Luther Rice Society and served as a member of GW's Capital Campaign committee. She is also past chair of the Moriah Society of the American Jewish University.
As a driving force behind the Buff & Blue Fund Challenge, Rubin received a Georgey Award in 2013 for going above and beyond in her support of GW Athletics.
A member of the university's Leadership Advisory Council since 2018 and Executive Committee member of the Alumni Association since 2019, her passion for GW extends far beyond Athletics.
The board also elected Jeffrey A. Flaks and Luis Otero to the board of trustees, with terms from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2026.
