Georgeys Return In-Person as Gymnastics Wins Team of the Year

Back in-person for the first time since 2019, GW Athletics conducted the Georgey Awards on Thursday night in Lisner Auditorium, celebrating the university's best and brightest student-athletes, teams and moments from the past year.

Hosted by Dylan Arzoni (men's swimming & diving), Josh Legge (men's swimming & diving), Hannah Munnelly (gymnastics) and Mayowa Taiwo (women's basketball), the show honored the accomplishments of GW's 20 teams and 400 student-athletes in competition, the classroom and the community.
