On the fourth episode of the Raise High 'Cast, host David Earl talks with Cisneros, who along with his wife Jackie has been a tremendous supporter of George Washington University and GW Athletics.
Since winning $266 million in the California State Lottery, Cisneros has made it his mission to give back. He and his wife's charitable organization, The Gilbert & Jacki Cisneros Foundation, works to cultivate a community that supports Hispanic student education and enlightens them to the benefits of achieving a college education.
