GW Athletics Extends Partnership With Nike

The agreement extends the initial deal inked in 2012 that was the first comprehensive apparel and footwear deal for George Washington, and gave Nike the right to provide uniforms, apparel and footwear to each of GW's varsity sports.
"The George Washington University Department of Athletics and Recreation and Nike have formed a strong, mutually beneficial partnership for years, and we're proud to continue our relationship," said GW Director of Athletics and Recreation Patrick Nero. "The swoosh makes an iconic statement, and our partnership allows us to continue to provide our student-athletes with the equipment, apparel and footwear resources necessary to perform at the highest levels."
