Senior Candace Silva-Martin became the Atlantic 10's all-time career digs leader this past weekend after totaling 54 digs across two matches. Silva-Martin, who entered the weekend needing 30 digs to pass La Salle's Carolyn Judge ('06), totaled 18 in Friday's 3-0 sweep of Fordham. On Sunday, she played one of the best matches of her career, totaling a career-high 36 digs to pass Judge and bring her career total to 2,105.
Silva-Martin now holds the Atlantic 10 career digs record, GW's career digs record and the top-three spots on GW's single-season digs record list.
