Women's Rowing Announces 2011-2012 Recruiting Class

WASHINGTON, DC- George Washington women's rowing coach Eric Carcich has announced a recruiting class of nine student-athletes that will be joining the Colonials in 2011-12.
"We are very excited to bring in our first complete recruited class to George Washington this fall" said Carcich. "Our coaching staff worked very hard to put together a very deep, strong, and talented class that will impact our program in a positive way the moment they step on campus. This is a very energetic bunch that will bring quality rowing experience to our team."

The George Washington women's rowing team will begin their spring season on Saturday when they compete in the Murphy Cup Regatta on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, PA, hosted by Temple University.
