Daisuke Sekine began at GW in August 2023 and is currently responsible for providing athletic training services and primary coverage to the Lacrosse team. Sekine came to GW from the Catholic University of America where he worked most recently as the Assistant Athletic Trainer, providing care to the Women’s Volleyball, Field Hockey, Men’s Basketball, Men’s & Women’s Tennis and Baseball programs. Sekine is a graduate of University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science-Athletic Training and Salisbury University with a Master’s degree in Applied Health Physiology.
