The George Washington men's soccer team fell in its Atlantic 10 opener to La Salle on Saturday afternoon, 3-2. The Revolutionaries drop to 4-2-1 on the season.

- 7th Minute – After a foul in the box resulted in a penalty kick, La Salle's Alberto Meza converted to give the Explorers a 1-0 lead.
- 34th Minute – GW's Yago Torres knotted the match back up at one apiece off a beautiful cross from Finn Roberts. The goal was Torres' fourth of the season.
- 37th Minute – La Salle answered back immediately, using a Davin Millisock goal to take a 2-1 lead.
- 75th Minute – Pedro Amadou extended the Explorers' lead to 3-1 midway through the second half off an assist from Meza.
- 90th Minute – Luciano Zuniga got GW back within one on a free-kick goal just outside of the box, his first of the season.
