WASHINGTON - The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its swimming & diving All-Academic teams on Tuesday, naming GW's Marlee Rickert, Olivia Paquette and Ben Sosnowski to the list. All three have been awarded for their academic success and for being key contributors to GW's success at the 2025 A-10 Championships.Â
A graduate student from Leesport, Pa., Rickert won her fourth A-10 Championship as a member of GW swimming & diving while maintaining a 3.95 GPA. Rickert scored 35 points for the Buff & Blue at the 2025 A-10 Championships, with her best finish coming in the 200-yard medley relay (1:39.70). Rickert appeared in two A-finals in Hampton, claiming fourth in the 100-yard backstroke (54.12) and fifth in the 100-yard freestyle (50.15). Rickert is a two-time CSCAA's Second Team selection, two-time CSC Academic All-District selection, and now is a two-time A-10 All-Academic Team selection.
Paquette picks up the award after being named to the A-10 All-Academic Team for the second year in a row. She has now won three A-10 Championships in three seasons, which includes three of the last four diving gold medals, while holding a 3.93 GPA. Paquette took gold in the 1-meter dive (288.35) and silver in the 3-meter dive (284.15) at the 2025 A-10 Championships.
