Lacrosse Stumbles Against Saint Joseph’s

WASHINGTON - The GW lacrosse team stumbled against the Saint Joseph's Hawks in its conference home opener, dropping the afternoon matchup to the visitors, 15-7.
The Buff & Blue struck first and kept the score within two goals in the opening frame, and would add two more in the second to enter halftime trailing, 6-3.
The Hawks dominated the third quarter, outscoring the Revolutionaries 6-2. In the final 15 minutes, GW put up a fight, adding two more while limiting the visitors to three. Across her 60 minutes in the cage, Gabi Greth earned a .500 save percentage.
