The GW Revs have six days off before returning to action next Sunday at NC State. The match was added last week after GW's match with Bucknell was canceled two weeks ago. Sunday's contest with the Wolfpack is set for 12:00 p.m. and will be carried live on ACC Network Extra.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- 10th Minute: Drexel's Liv Brocious opened the scoring, recording her third goal of the season to put the Dragons up 1-0 early in the first half. Brocious' goal was unassisted.
- 19th Minute: It didn't take long for GW to answer, tallying the equalizer just nine minutes later off the foot of Isabel Kelly. The score was Kelly's second of the season and came via a nice cross from Abby Mansoor from the corner.
- 76th Minute: After over 55 minutes of scoreless action, Window broke the tie with her third goal of the season. Sophomore Kate McGrath's initial cross was bobbled by Drexel's keeper, and that was all Window needed as she cleaned it up in front of the net for the score. McGrath picked up her first assist of the season on the play.
