BALTIMORE, Md. – The George Washington women's soccer team was unable to register a goal in Thursday night's non-conference matchup with Loyola (Md.), falling 1-0 to the Greyhounds.

- 12th Minute: Loyola's Baylee DeSmit tallied the match's lone goal, firing a dart from outside of the box over the hands GW's goalkeeper and into the back of the net. Assisting on the play were Malia Tarazon and Jess Korman who both picked up their first point of the season. The goal was DeSmit's second of the year and she now leads the Greyhounds with five points in 2024.
- The Greyhounds finished with a 14-6 edge in shots. Of Loyola's 14 chances, four were on goal, while GW managed to get two on frame.
- Kelly Poole and Amelia Booth were responsible for GW's two shots on goal. Booth was the lone Revolutionary with multiple shot attempts in the match, tallying two.
- Loyola's Brigid Mulholland tallied two saves in the complete game shutout, while Ainsley Lumpe notched three saves for the Buff & Blue.
- GW attempted one corner kick in the match, while Loyola finished with three.
- Neither team received a yellow card.
