WASHINGTON - The George Washington University men's soccer team (3-12-2, 1-6-1 A-10) fell, 2-1, in the final match of the season to La Salle.
HOW IT HAPPENED
21ST MINUTE: The Revolutionaries scored first as Louis Crofts netted a free kick from just outside the 18-yard box.
80TH MINUTE: La Salle evened the match when Nevin Baer connected on a corner kick and headed the ball in. The assist on the play went to Drew Blackwell.
85TH MINUTE: Blackwell scored the match-winner on a free kick from the top of the 18-yard box.

GW first-year Crofts ends the season as GW's leader in goals (5) and points (10).

GW was outshot 15-10, and 6-2 in shots on goal.
